Little Mountain Creamery ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website lmcreamery.com (the "Site") and a retail gelato and coffee shop located at 7872 Crile Road, Painesville, Ohio 44077. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices available to you. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your first and last name, email address, organization, inquiry type, and message. If you submit a catering request through our catering form, the information you enter there is collected by our form provider, JotForm, and delivered to us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) may automatically log basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors.
Online orders. Online orders are placed through Clover, a third-party ordering and payment platform operated by Fiserv, Inc. We do not collect or store your payment card information on the Site; all payment processing occurs on Clover's platform under Clover's own privacy policy and security practices.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

The public pages of the Site do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded third-party services (such as the JotForm catering form and content delivered by Google) may set their own cookies or use browser storage as described in their respective privacy policies.
